Galvanized expanded metal lath (EML) is commonly used to reinforce ceilings and as ventilation reinforcement for domestic animals.

Sembule offers several EML products that conform to either the British standard BS 1369 and or the Japanese standard JIS G3351. This ensures that we continue to supply products of the high quality that Sembule is known for.

The most popular EML sheets are supplied in sheet sizes of 8 x 2 feet (2.44 x 0.6 m) and 8 x 4 feet (2.44 x 1.2 m).

A key for plaster and render. Suitable for encasing columns and beams. Aid to fire protection. Suitable for suspended ceilings and partitions giving superior joint and crack reinforcement.

Installation Requirements

Render dab or galvanised nails. Hold sheets together with galvanised wire.
