Gas-liquid filter screen (also named gas-liquid net,weave wire mesh,knitting wire mesh ,shield metal mesh , shield wire mesh)is a meshwork weaved in a special way. It’s not only on of the mostly used component in wire-mesh demister manufacturing and other separation engineering, but also used in strainer core in the motorcar and the tractor and car parts such as gasket, shock absorption (avoid shock), sound deadening, exhaust decontaminate. We also use it in shielding facility of electric appliance
Wire diameter specification range is 0.08mm-0.30mm flat wire or round wire. The weave can be single strand, multistrand,metal wire and non-metal wire (kinds of fibre) etc. The molded meshwork can be rolled to many kinds weave type.
Gas-liquid filter screen specification has SP、DP、HR、HP type standard specification for HG/T21618-1998 wire mesh demister use . Gas-liquid filter screen specification has HG5-1404、HG5-1405、HG5-1406 for wire mesh demister use. Its standard no. is Q/SG12-1-79 . The standard prescribes the three types of gas-liquid filter screen, namely, standard type, high efficiency type and great penetration type. We can produce according to mesh and wire diameter for kinds of non-standard weaving mesh ,such as mustrand weaving ,a vatiety of gaskets, and cannula tube etc.
